Returns
Our goal at Great American Hunting is for customers to always be satisfied with their purchase. But if for some reason you need to return your purchase please note our return policy below.
In order to receive a full refund all products must be in their original packaging with all factory supplied components and paperwork. Items returned missing parts or pieces will not be eligible for refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using UPS for all shipping.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which can be obtained by calling our office at 262-441-3569. Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number and will be returned to the customer if received withour prior authorization. You can also get a RMA number by emailing us on the contact us page
Please note that all defective trail cameras, optics, or electronic devices must be returned directly to the manufacturer. We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been opened.
You have 10 Days from acceptance of your package to get a return authorization number
Non-Returnable Merchandise
Compound bows if damaged or defective can be sent back to the manufacturer,however for safety reasons we cannot accept returns on these items
Any special order merchandise will not be able to returned. Non Stock items may not be be returned for credit or a refund. However those items are still covered under the manufactures warranty.
For Insurance reasons we cannot accept the return of any treestands or treestand accessories. Custom arrows are also not eligible for returns.
We charge a 15% restocking Fee for all returns that are not the fault of Great American Hunting. However if we make a mistake with your order or it is damaged in shipping you will receive a 100% refund. We do this to keep our prices down for everyone and this is what it costs us to restock items.

3.Why you are returning the item
4.Tell us if you would like an exchange or instore credit. If it is an exchange be ready with the products you would like to purchase.
5.If the item is not in NEW Condition we will not accept a return
Product Pricing
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a website error. Due to the high numbers of items on the website and the chance for human error in pricing we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will refund all of your money if this occurs.
Wisconsin Sales Tax
Wisconsin residents are required to pay state sales tax.This is based on the county that you reside in and you will be charged as such.
